To bring a pet to other countries, you must first understand the destination country's policy on animal entry, determine whether your pet can be brought into the destination country, whether it needs entry application, pet chip implantation, serum testing, isolation, etc. For example the Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Mauritius and other countries require an application for an entry permit in advance. For some countries, the preparation can take up to six months, meanwhile some only need one month.

带宠物去其他国家首先要了解目的地国家或地区对动物入境的政策,确定自家宠物是否可以被携带入境目的地国家,是否需要入境申请、植入宠物芯片、进行血清检测、隔离等。菲律宾、马来西亚、新加坡、日本、毛里求斯等国,需要提前申请该国入境许可。有些目的地国家需要提前半年准备,有的 一个月。

1 Rabies vaccination

Choose one of the designated institutions for rabies vaccination. Commonly used rabies vaccines are: Nobivac (Intervet B.V) and Rabvac Rabies Vaccine (Pfizer Pharmaceutical Company, USA.

到出入境指定的医院和机构注射狂犬疫苗,常用的狂犬疫苗有:宠必威(荷兰英特威国际有限公司Intervet International B.V)、瑞比克Rabies Vaccine (美国辉瑞生物制药公司).

2 Chip injection

2芯片注射

The chip is similar to a small syringe. A grain-sized chip is placed in the syringe and implanted directly under the skin of the pet's neck. Each chip has a serial number. Once implanted, it becomes the pet's lifelong ID card and passport, which can be used in the future. If your pet has already been injected with the chip, there is no need to inject it again.

芯片类似一个小的注射器,如米粒大小的芯片藏在注射器针头,直接植入到宠物脖子皮以下。每个芯片都有序列号,一旦植入,就成了这个宠物的终身身份证或护照,将来很多地方都需要它。如果你的宠物已经注射过芯片,就不需要再注射。

3 Rabies antibody test

One month after the rabies vaccine is injected, blood can be drawn to separate the serum, and the senum needs to be sent to a laboratory designated by the European Union for rabies vaccine testing. Note: starting from the date of blood draw, you can enter the EU within three months. The Changchun Military Veterinary Research Institute of China can conduct rabies vaccine testing and issue EU blood test reports.

注射狂犬疫苗后一个月,可以办理抽血分离血清,血清需要送往欧盟指定的实验室进行狂犬疫苗检测。特别需要注意:从抽血日期开始计算,三个月后方可入境欧盟。国内长春军事兽医研究所可进行狂犬疫苗检测,出具欧盟血检报告。

4 Pet health certificate

4办理宠物健康证明

A pet health certificate needs to be processed at the local Entry-exit Inspection and Quarantine Center. The validity period of the certificate is 14 days. Therefore, it is usual to apply to the Entry-exit Inspection and Quarantine Center 6-10 days before the departure, after confirming the itinerary. The customs inspect pet vaccine records and health status, and issue a document within 1-2 working days. The EU health certificate has a special European format, usually 6 pages.

宠物健康证明需要在各地出入境检验检疫中心办理,证明有效期为14天所以一般在确认好行程,出境前6-10天向出入境海关申报海关检查宠物疫苗记录和健康状态,1-2个工作日即可出具。欧盟健康证书有专用的表格形式,通常6页。

5 Pet deworming

Pets need to be dewormed for 48 hours before departure. Simply apply Bayer anthelmintic medicine directly.

宠物出发前48小时需给宠物驱虫,直接喂食拜尔驱虫药就可以。

6 Airport check-in

Book a flight in advance, apply for a small animal aerobic cabin, prepare a flight box, and bring pet vaccine certificates, health certificates, and entry and exit documents to the airport counter or airport cargo station to check in on the flight. Pets not need to be isolated after they arrive in Europe.

提前预定航班、申请小动物有氧舱、准备好航空箱,乘机当天带上宠物疫苗证明、健康证明、出入境文件到机场柜台或机场货运站办理托运手续,宠物到欧洲后无需隔离,可直接出境。

怎样带宠物出国？

可能都不止出国，包括所有出游！

但如果仅仅在国内，可能还好一点儿。因为太远的地方可以不去，其他近的地方可以自驾。2022年，我们自驾去了好几个地方，最远的是八百多公里的威海。

随着内卷越来越严重，伴随着莫名其妙的焦虑和抑郁（说实话我没确诊，但就是感觉啥啥都不想干，烦躁）躺在床上整宿整宿的想，要不去国外吧：人少，环境好，有沙滩，有商业，回来方便，关键还便宜。

但其实光杆司令一个人的话，怎么都好说，但问题就是，带个猫带个狗怎么出国啊？以前还能放我弟那，自从去年他有了孩子以后，微信都回的费劲，更别提给我遛狗了。

所以，自己看了好多攻略，又打了好多电话咨询，简单整理一下，给有需要的朋友：

我的目的地是泰国。

（别问我为啥：便宜，近，没雾霾，不冷，鼻炎OK，沙滩，大海，热闹的商业。）

一，宠物需要有检验检疫证明。可能你觉得特别复杂，但你只要做完一个手续，那剩下的就太简单了！带宠物出国需要大于30天且小于一年的狂犬疫苗，还要给宠物注射芯片，类似于身份证。

北京的能去北三环的动物观赏医院。我打电话过去，接电话前台说最近好多人在做这个手续，因为要求狂犬疫苗时限，所以建议直接去打，省的等以后等。

注射芯片200，狂犬80。

然后你在定好机票走的时候，就可以提前三五天各种盖章手续啦！

并且他们会把信息同步到网上。

二，你想怎么带它们出去？如果你去泰国，可以托运。但需要你自己把宠物拉到云南，托运到曼谷，一猫一狗加起来两万多。

我肯定是不想托运。除了贵，太折腾了，关键我也不放心。我希望能带他们进客舱。

于是，关注了韩亚航空和大韩航空：

北京去曼谷，中途飞到首尔转机。价格略贵。

因为宠物跟你一直不分开，所以也无所谓。

办理流程：

当你确定好出发日期，直接给官方客服打电话，他们会告诉你那天的航班宠物座位有没有满（一趟航班可以接待四只宠物，加上宠物箱子，7公斤以内才行哈）

然后你直接订票，他们帮你留好宠物座位。

等你出行当天，提前到机场，办理值机，花210美金买宠物机票，你的宠物就可以跟你一起上飞机啦！

价格不贵。只适合小的宠物。

接下来就是顺利到达曼谷后，你是去租的宠物友好公寓，还是自己的房子，或是芭堤雅清迈的别墅，那就随你啦！

想想就开心，带着狗子在泰国的沙滩上疯跑，感觉焦虑症都治愈了。

最后说下：因为泰国可以落地签入境，如果你感觉自己真的有原因，他们都会放行。但如果你有黑记录，现在估计悬啊！

我一个朋友前几天去了，北京出关的时候，问为啥去？

他说：我鼻炎太严重了，已经辞职，想去那边好好调养一下。

三亚挺好，但是太贵了。我准备去泰国一阵子然后去云南定居了。

精英签证我觉得太贵了。

本来今年有一个新的长期签证，十年的。但我一看申报条件，那简直不是一般老百姓能办得了的！
